These Terms of Use govern your use of OneTap Speak.

By using OneTap Speak, you agree to these Terms.

What OneTap Speak is

OneTap Speak is a simple voice-to-voice translation app for travel, family, and everyday communication.

The app is designed to help people communicate more easily across supported languages.

What OneTap Speak is not

OneTap Speak is not a certified interpreter.

OneTap Speak is not intended for medical, legal, police, immigration, financial, emergency, or other high-risk professional use.

Translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate for a specific situation.

You are responsible for deciding whether a translation is suitable for your situation.

Supported features

OneTap Speak may include:

• speech recognition;
• translation;
• speech playback;
• local correction rules;
• app language settings;
• voice and playback settings;
• a limited free trial;
• a paid full-version unlock.

Some features may depend on Apple system capabilities, installed language packs, device model, iOS version, and user permissions.

Permissions

The app may ask for microphone and speech recognition permission.

If you deny required permissions, some features may not work.

Purchases

OneTap Speak may offer a non-consumable in-app purchase to unlock the full version.

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

The availability of Family Sharing, refunds, billing support, and purchase restoration is controlled by Apple and the App Store.

You can manage purchases and refunds through your Apple ID and App Store account.

Free trial

OneTap Speak may offer a limited number of successful translations before purchase.

The app may count only successful translations toward this limit.

The free trial is intended to help you decide whether the app is useful before purchasing.

No guarantee of translation accuracy

We try to make OneTap Speak useful and understandable, but we do not guarantee that every translation will be correct.

You should not rely on OneTap Speak as the only source of communication in important, dangerous, professional, medical, legal, or emergency situations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer paid features, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Changes to the app

We may update, change, improve, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTap Speak is provided "as is" and "as available."

We are not liable for losses, damages, misunderstandings, incorrect translations, missed communications, or decisions made based on translations from the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
